Web Weaver: I'm adding a strip of pictures from the camp out.

October is already here and there's plenty to do this month.  The rocket launch is the 18th.  If you don't have your rocket, let me know and we can make arrangements to get you hooked up.  I'll provide more details after this weekend's longhouse meeting.

Our October meeting will be at the Kennedy's on the 29th and we will be pumpkin carving.  Again, more details to follow.

White Rabbit 

We had our first camping trip of the year, and the girls had a blast!  Started with bodatious bbq friday night, smores and camp fire time.  Woke up early to enjoy fishing, some great pancakes and breakfast, then we went to do archery followed by Canoeing.  A break for lunch, and we were off to swimming with some crazy dives by Blazing Fire (Josh), the girls had a blast with the slide.  BB-gun target practice, preparation for the skit "He don't look so good", and it was time for hot dogs and hamburgers.  At the nation meeting, we had initiation for Alexa and Haylei.  Medicine man started the fire with a blaze of glory, and then time for the skits, the practice paid off, and the girls won the Drum (until the next camp out).  A few ant bites helped the girls with the easy decision to play in the cabin instead of out by the fire.... soon to bed.

Hopefully this is the first of many bloggs that we can all place on here.  As you get to know the website, I am sure that you will be as excited as I am.  This website allows the ability to track events, schedule events on the calendar, download pictures to share with everyone.  I had success also going on PayPal and paying for the year with my creditcard, it is painless.
